Power of Pipes

Yahoo pipes is so powerful I’m still grasping exactly how I want to use it. Yahoo will monitor any website or feed, filter the content based on your criteria, and then have it delivered to you however you want. Via email, feed reader, or even a phone call. It is the most powerful tool I’ve seen on the web for on demand, personalized news.

You can also use pre-built pipes from others, and input your own criteria. I’m using this pipe to monitor keywords on popular blog aggregators, and google and microsoft news sites. Yahoo smoked Google on this one….
