I always thought that consuming a glass of red wine, or a diet coke with bacardi is much "healthier" (relative term) than pounding a beer.
The inconvenient truth - This is not true.

I'm actually making an effort to eat right for the first time ever. 6 meals a day and all of the right vitamins and minerals. I'm very excited to see how this works for me.

I use gmail everyday, and am now using google docs and spreadsheets almost everyday. Yesterday, I did a quick search for a nearby store on my mobile, and not only did I have directions and address in 30 seconds, but I was also able to call them with one click. ...
